Church Leaders Conferences

Project Goals: To present a vision and strengthen the desire of church leaders in Liberia for unity across denominational barriers. To motivate these leaders with the common goal of reaching out into their communities with spiritual as well as practical programs – the concept of “two hands of the gospel.” The result of this goal should be the transformation of communities in the cities of Tubmanburg and Ganta as the empowered church enacts these programs in the bond of unity.

Project Objectives: Conduct two 3-day church leaders’ conferences targeting 600 leaders in Tubmanburg and Ganta. Present the story of Mercy Ships as an example for unity in diversity, as well as an approach to ministry that purposefully combines spiritual with practical programs. Teach on principles of unity and the pitfalls of division/disunity.
