Tenegar Medical ClinicProject Goal: Improve the health of the residents of Tenegar, Liberia, and the surrounding communities by increasing access to basic health care service. Timeline: February - November ‘08 Project Objectives: Reconstruct clinic facilities (total 318m2) and equip for service; provide lavatories and improved water access for the clinic; provide staff housing for the clinic. This should lead to: reduced child mortality, improved Maternal health, reduce HIV/AIDS, malaria, and other communicable diseases through community education, and improve nutritional status. |
